What is Sheeting?Sheeting is the process of converting a roll of material into individual sheets. This process is performed using the combination of slitting and guillotine cutting.
Our Capabilities:
Our sheeting machinery can handle rolls of most materials in widths up to 60". We sheet various materials, such as rigid and flexible vinyl, adhesive vinyl, tape, woven and non-woven fabric, leather, suede, foam, felt, gasket rubber, polyester, polyethelene, polyurethane, copper foil, PVB, EVA, and paper. For many custom projects sheeting is a component in conjunction with our Screen Printing or RF Welding services to make a finished product.
