We pride ourselves in shipping goods as quickly as possible. In most instances, we ship out the same day if the order is received before 5:00 p.m. Eastern. However, we occasionally take longer to pull, package, and ship, products due to high order volume. Shipping Charges are a calculation of product weight, quantity, & shipping region. In most instances the shipping calculation reflects the actual shipping charges that we are billed. In the rare instance the calculation is off we will inform you of any necessary changes.

- We will ship to locations outside the United States and our shopping cart supports international destinations like Canada or Europe. Please add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to determine your shipping charges.

Available shipping methods are UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Express. The calculated shipping costs for Canada are inclusive of all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. The customer will not be responsible for any additional charges upon receipt of their order.
BCW is the shipping agent of record and is required to complete a customs declaration with the value of the items purchased. We cannot legally declare an item as a 'gift'. By law we must include a copy of the invoice and declaration of value with every Canadian shipment. We cannot blind ship Canadian orders. All Canadian orders will show BCW Diversified, Inc. as the shipping agent. - International Shipping Policy (excluding Canada)

All international orders (excluding orders shipped to Canada) are non-refundable. All sales are final. International billing and shipping addresses must be the same. Available shipping methods are UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver, and UPS Worldwide Express. We only ship to those countries listed on our shipping drop down menu on our order checkout form. Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase of our items. Please note that these fees are to be paid by you to your local government agencies and can be significant. The customer is responsible for checking with their local government officials for specific rates.

- Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be subject to a partial refund. All unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice for a refund in the amount invoiced on retail purchases only. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of an error in shipping, or a defect in materials or workmanship, BCW will pay for the return shipping charges. If merchandise is returned after 30 days a 15% restocking fee will be incurred on all retail orders. Custom goods are non-refundable. All sales of custom products are final. Authorized returns on wholesale purchases of stock products are subject to a 15% restocking fee from the date of purchase.
